Punchlist Manager Version 18.0 – New Features

  • Job Custom Fields
    • Added the capability to define the data types of Job Custom fields
  • Job/Item Determination
    • Added the capability to set the Determinations for jobs or items
  • Save & Add Copy UI Updates
    • Updated the UI when you ‘Save & Add Copy’ jobs
  • Gantt Chart for Job Schedule
    • Added a Gantt Chart for jobs
  • Contact Updates
    • Added the option for Contact Titles to be specific to Projects, Jobs, Vendors or Employees

Punchlist Manager Version 18.0 – Bug Fixes

  • Email/Text Notifications sent out multiple times.
  • Inactive Document Template Packets are being deleted instead of inactivated.
  • Users intermittently redirected to the Dashboard when navigating in the application.
  • Move Job to New Site not functioning.
  • Change Log displaying incorrect date descriptions.
  • Item Documents Tab – The page doesn’t load and displays a 500 internal server error.
  • Item, Request for Bid – When using the “Award Vendor” function the e-mail is never sent.
  • Item, Options are not saving.
  • Item Charges Tab – When using “Faulting Work Order” the dropdown only displays Items in the List when it should show all faulting Items for all Lists.
  • Item Due Date not updating after entering the Item Repair Date.
  • Adding “Action Taken” information in an Item results in empty “Inspection Issues” grid displaying.
  • List Management and printing Work Orders, Work Orders duplicated in the print report due to two (2) Primary Vendor Contacts, but one was a deleted contact.
  • When closing multiple items in the List Management page all the items under the list are closed. Not just the items selected.
  • Unable to use the Quick Edit feature in List Management page.
  • Homeowner Portal – When disabling the ability to “View” or “Submit” requests, the tabs are visible in the Portal.

 

  • Vendor Portal – When a Vendor adds a schedule date to an Item/changes the scheduled Item, the changes are not reflected on actual schedule “Calendars” when the changes are approved.
  • Project Documents Tab – When a user selects a document and attempts to upload a different document, after attempting to upload the page freezes or will time out.
  • When creating a new Project, a message displays there is already an existing job.
  • Jobs Under Warranty excel export not pulling data into the excel file.
  • Job List Reports – Black X error generated if the List is not highlighted before running the selected report.
  • List Detail Report – Service Requested isn’t populating.
  • Daily Schedule Report – the text from the line starting with “Time” overlaps over the text in the row below it.
